    I agree with you on the heat! i might have to take jan and feb off next year, or at least cut way back.

    Hey Jamie, I'm actually purchasing a treadmill so I can continue running indoors during the winter months. My body/lungs just cannot adapt to the colder air temps. I thrive in the heat though when most people can't take that.
