Hey Jamie, I'm actually purchasing a treadmill so I can continue running indoors during the winter months. My body/lungs just cannot adapt to the colder air temps. I thrive in the heat though when most people can't take that.

I can sympathize with the sinus crap. I've been fighting it for about a week now. Go get yourself a Neti Pot. It helps!about 2 years ago • Like

Make sure you keep that Neti Pot sterilized or else it could lead to sinus issues. I've been using a saline nose spray that works really well and taking Advil Cold and Sinus.

You are the man 87. Considering the lack of training and the blister injury and the hot weather you did just fine. Main thing is you hung in there and didn't give up. The most difficult part sometimes is getting the mind to stay in it.

Everyone, I just found out today that the AAT is closed from October 1st - January 1st for hunting season. It looks like we'll have to find another trail to run. Any ideas?

There is always Weymouth Woods or Reservoir Park.
