      everything is very well. great to be back. need to start waaaay slow, so I don't flare up my Fibromyalgia. just lil strolls for now. warm ups to hopefully a full mile by the first week of April. Looking forward to posting more! Thx for the motivation!!! I'll be needing it!

  3. been on bed rest for the past 2 weeks...more ahead. A little bummed about it, but it's for the best for the baby. btw: bed rest is only fun for the first day or two...after that, it bites.

      thx Eric! going to start walking come the weekend. Now that the weather is getting better my Fibro won't flare as bad and I can work back up to 2 mile hikes. so looking forward to it!!

    my lil dog was so gosh darn excited. Didn't go too far as it was commute traffic along the main road outside my drive. But it felt good to get out and be away from the house for a bit!

    WOW. I admire you swimmers. DANG! My first time swimming in ages. It felt soooo good, heated pool, nice evening. Today, I *feel* it, everywhere. I definitely will add this to my workouts.

      Hey Thx!! Yeah this one is a move from my place to only 6 doors down, so walking alot of the stuff over. whew. getting a heavy duty work out for sure! woohoo! Then the scrubbing and cleaning of both places will also add to that work out. doing good!
