    Very happy with this distance. Last time I did the bike I barely made it over 6 miles. Gotta push myself to make a difference!

    Challenged myself to run a 12 minute mile without stopping. Faster than I usually run. Going to add this into my training. Hopefully can increase speed over time.

    One-leg deadlifts, tricep rows, jumping lunges, plank, walking plank, burpees, dips, plank (3 sets at 20 seconds each). Then four sets of 20 second sit-up punches and four sets of superman planks.
