Where to begin? Started with out much sleep last night 3 hours, dosent matter what Im racing I just get ramped up.( Then again the drunken loud crew coming through the hotel at 3am didnt help either) Had a little pre jog warmup with Clint H. from his hotel to Lambeau and meet up with the other team members.Anyways, happy with the time ( new this wasent going to be a PR day for me anyway) all things considering the heat for one( but for those of us who raced Racine 1/2 Ironman last year that set the bar for me for Hellish conditions to suffer through 100 degrees and tropical humidty ugh,) made it through on pace for sub 1:50 through 7 (which was more than I expected today anyway) but that last little hill climb at the 7.5 marked flared up my adductor issue and then I was back to reality today. Great support crew out there, feel bad for some of the other RACC team members and all the others who wernt able to fininsh because the shut the event down due to extreme conditions. Hell of a great job today everyone at Green Bay and all the other races going on! Thank You Green Bay Wi for a well run event.

So that was you? I was afraid I would slow down to chat and that wasn't in the game plan today

Wow they had to shut the race down due to temps? Thats crazy. I don't think us Californians will ever have to worry about that ;) Great time today, Corey! PR's can't happen every race. Thats why they're so special when they do.

Dude, you're like a hot weather specialist now! Hope your injury settles down, but I couldn't run that pace on 16 hours of sleep - great race, man.
