good easy lunch run 2.6 mi 00:25 09:34 pace

nice easy run with a guy from work. Legs felt a little better. Not sure if it was because of the pace or because of the icy hot patches i wore all morning long on my calves.

I just had a super slow paced run earlier this week. It was marvelous. Go easy on those puppies.
