      Yea Keith the way me and my wife work we have to do all we can to spend time together when we are off together. Trust me it was fun doing Zumba with her and she got a kick out of watching me do it lol....

    Went real good....done 3 sets of 10 on my bench, pectoral, triceps, biceps, lat pull downs....Gonna get my Total Gym set back up at home very soon.

  7. Time to get back on track. Looking at old pics lastnite really made me wanna loose weight and get back into shape. Gonna start working out again and walking/running.
