Forgot to log my workouts last week. Done my workout on my total gym. That thing will really give you a good workout if you do your whole workout.

Went real good....done 3 sets of 10 on my bench, pectoral, triceps, biceps, lat pull downs....Gonna get my Total Gym set back up at home very soon.
Time to get back on track. Looking at old pics lastnite really made me wanna loose weight and get back into shape. Gonna start working out again and walking/running.2 people liked what Chip saidLoading people...
