this run felt really good and I finally found a groove and really just let the legs go. 8:30, 8:13, 7:54 (and 7:55 pace for last .1).
now quick shower and off to lacrosse banquet for the kids.

Thanks Jim - you will also note the distances are mostly all <6 miles, need to find another race to sign up for to keep me logging the distances too.
