Started out under cloudy sky, but light rain not long after and then by mile 3 it was heavy rain and thunder in the distance. That is a good way to speed up at the end

after a long day at 2 lacrosse games and then a soccer game, I decided to run on the TM so I could see the end of the Bruins game. Nice run and good win!

Sorry Larry - we had to not listen to score updates while at the soccer game too....besides - I was talking about my dtr's soccer & lax team wins (maybe?) they were also exciting games.

perfect....no idea why is was swollen for 2 days last week - just weird! it was never sore, x-rays negative, and so, I will continue on. I did go lightly the first couple of runs to watch if it was irritated again.

not having pain, but noticed last night some mild swelling on the top of my foot, just below the toes, iced it last night and again this morning....thinking best to skip the run for now...
