    Started out under cloudy sky, but light rain not long after and then by mile 3 it was heavy rain and thunder in the distance. That is a good way to speed up at the end

    A little steamy out there this afternoon as the sun is out fully after a late morning shower. Nice run, feeling much more as though summer is just around the corner.

    after a long day at 2 lacrosse games and then a soccer game, I decided to run on the TM so I could see the end of the Bruins game. Nice run and good win!

  18. not having pain, but noticed last night some mild swelling on the top of my foot, just below the toes, iced it last night and again this morning....thinking best to skip the run for now...
