      thanks Jen! I think the track is different - not my idea of a great run as 5 laps=1 mile....but it works out since the kids are there and they let parents/siblings use the track while clinics are happening on the fields/track, etc. they even let kids on scooters, roller blades, go on the outside perimeter of the track.

      @Jim - I have found that doing the hip strength moves about 2x/wk has kept the foot feeling good, and if I neglect them, it starts to bother me. Guess that song from pre-school - "the hip bone is connected to the knee bone, the knee bone is connected...." is true!

      My thought is that Belicheck's camp had Gronk's dad "leak" that info earlier in the week....and he is really ready to go!?!?! taking it easy at practice and trying to throw off the NY planning....otherwise lets hope Welker, Branch, & Hernandez better be ready. But really I am most concerned about the Defense playing well.
