I hope so. When I trained for my first marathon (Philly in Nov 09), I trained jogging continously and got pretty busted up when my long runs hit the 18 mile range and my injuries prevented me from running the marathon. So after I healed up, my second attempt (Bob Potts in May 10) I trained using Galloway's 2 minute jog/1 min walk interval plan and stayed injury free and successfully completed the 26.2 :) Took a little break, then AC half in Oct 10, then took a longer break. yeah over 15 miles it gets tough on the body (or at least my body) keep up the great consistent training and think the walks can get shorter. stay healthy and kick butt
