      I'll be fine if I don't run for the next few days (hopefully). I was trying to work on my speed, I think that's why the strain! Its just a month since I got back and here I am getting too ambitious :P got my schengen visa for two months, if my knees behave, I should be making it to Paris Half on 3rd March

      Be careful with speed work as you've not been running much. Going by your recent 18k pace, you should be good for Paris anyway.

      Yep! I think i will do 13k runs once or twice next few weeks but do core + knee strengthening everyday till Paris. Should be fine that way I guess

    We were four in a team and I went third. Never ran a race in my life. Was amazed to see the Under-grads do a 3.50k in 13 minutes, was INSANE! Unbelievable energy and spirit on a cold afternoon :)
