    Trying to find a new running route now that I am in Ancaster. This one was a mix of road and trails and a little more hills than I am used to.

    Haven't mapped a run in a while. Pre-dusk trail run, fireflies lit up the way home. Love living so close to the Dundas Valley Conservation Area trails.

  6. Still running, just not enough to log it currently. I'm feeling too lean, want to bulk up some so I have cut cardio back to 3 x 15-20 min runs while I hit the machines / weights more.

  13. Doing the Good Friday Road Races 5k in Burlington. Hoping to get my sub 25 mins finally and then move on into 10k training. Looks like it will be a decent enough morning out tomorrow for it.
