      I was with 3 Rock Hoppers and a guy I have meet 3 consecutive Sundays. I'll post my splits later. We were movin' on the technical portion. My legs are trashed right now.

      Got it. Recovered well from Saturday. Did 8 miles @ 7:05 then jogged last 1.5. Did 9 with Jackie yesterday to North Beach. Got a big week planned. If I can make it to the weekend with no issues will feel pretty confident for Louisiana. One more hard 20 on 28th.
