Squat cleans 135#
Ring dips

After BOTH people complete their workout:
10 rounds of Alternating Cindy
5 pull ups
10 push ups
15 air squats
(partner 1 does 1 round, partner 2 does next round, etc. until 10 rounds are done)
My partner really pushed me on this one! finished in 21:?? minutes overall.
