40 Split lunges (both athletes)
20 Burpees (both athletes)
400m Sled drag 131/96 (straps on shoulders)
50 Medball exchanges 20/14
50 Supermans (Both athletes)
400m Sled pull 131/96 (face the sled and pull)

You will only have 1 sled per team.
On the sled drag and pull each athlete will have one strap.
If your teammate finishes his reps before you do, your teammate can help you out with your reps.
