Run 6:00 minutes of 100m sprints/0:30 rest, rest 3:00, 4:00 of 100m sprints/0:20, rest 2:00, 2:00 of 100m sprints on 0:10

To explain a bit more you will run 100m take a X amount of rest and run it again then take another X amount of rest. When you hit minute 6 you will take a manditory 3 minute rest. Repeat this for the rest of the WOD. Your goal is to get as many 100m runs in as possible!
