2-Hour workout. Continued working on the freestyle catch & proper leg kick. Balance drills, drills, drills. Also did some dolphin kick drills and one-armed fly.

@Rachelle U: One way, or another (so says Blondie). @Annemieke: I was there at 6:15 to closing. I did see a birthday gathering there! Wow . . actually in the presence of a fellow DM'r and Stravite!

Haha, yep, that was us! It was awesome having the wading pool to ourselves for a bit. Was such a nice evening last night to be at the pool, swimming or not! :)
