With the lack of runs or cycling hours... I've resulted to go back with fitness/weights training.... before I go to bed that is.

already adjusted... somehow OT nights do burn me out good. And eventually like this morning, didn't get to do my routinely Saturday morning trail ride.
So to make up for it, I went for weights training instead just this afternoon.

hopefully work will settle down and you'll be able to reintroduce some cardio on the bike
