alright A Long Sunday Trail Climb... turned short D: 31.22 km 01:42 11.4mph pace

MTB - Road & Trail Mix
XC Hardtail

My father and I were supposed to take the usual climb from our house to Giant via Monterey-AFP-Araneta... but was cut short that from AFP we went back.

The reason... I sensed an LBM coming. Yep poop alert, good thing I brought bananas on this ride to delay the bowel release for 30 minutes.

No more soya with sweet syrup in the morning... its an instant killer.
