The Pinoy Mountain Bikers Organization (Forum) organized a ride for both the North and South Metro Contingents. Of course as a member of the northern part of Metro Manila. My father and I joined the North Group's Licao-Licao ride (a mountain bike epic trail located between the borderline of Quezon City and Bulacan composed of numerous trails from Mahogany 1 and 2, Brick Town, Jackhammer, Mango Trail and so on and so forth.)
The ride was a success even though it was so slow, hence the "Newbie"... although majority of those who attended were us who were "newbie-monsters" aka old members.
Anyways... going home (off the trail) I got into a road accident that involves a sudden-brake somersault that brought my bike flying unto the air together with my unclipped left foot attached to the pedal.
So what happened to my left leg? Overstretched muscles, re-injured ankle and some bruises.
Sad though... but as of now I'm on the path of recovery. I hope I could get back on the saddle this saturday
