tired A Run from the MRT to the Office Building... an impromptu workout 2.09 km 00:11:32 08:53 pace

Tiring... definitely, but it was GOOD!

The reason that it sparked me to do an impromptu run from the MRT to our office building is the lack of cardio exercises... I've been a computard person the whole day... so to cut some slack... had the urge to run this mornin.

Good thing when I got in the office... got some spare clothes to change into, or I could have smelled like sweat all day.

Might try it again tomorrow.
