    I'm not good with tempo runs yet. I had trouble pushing myself for 2 miles. Need to work on this.

    Did 45 min on spin bike as cross training.

    Did 8 x 400m with 400m RI. Felt good doing them for not doing track intervals for maybe like 6 or 7 years.
