    3500ft. of climbing. Felt sluggish from the start. The descents were worst than the climbing. Tight glutes and hamstrings are becoming annoying. Ran with some friends and the TTR group.

      Christian's pic showed up in the little "friends thumbnails" on my DM homepage today -checked out his page and saw this. I think I ran this run with him (can't see the exact date). It sure was a burly run -but fun! Lots of good snacks and chatting afterwards though :)

      Bummed though, first event of the Aravapai trail run series in Phoenix is Sat... 19 would slow me down thigh for Sun. so I have to bail on it :(
