      Thanks guys! I ran a little faster than my RW Trainer said, and I didn't even do the 800 m cooldowns after each mi.. Now, to extend that pace 3 x the mileage in Oct and I'll be pleased!

      Perfect! I'm back on 11-14 mi Saturdays so I guess I'm in. I still just do the Y 'cause I don't even own a watch, and not a Garmin, so I just need to know how hard and how far I'm running. Plus, I like tv. lol I'm In!
