Got my results from Saturdays run today- Not bad. As expected I was middle of the pack- 6 of 11 in the mens 40-44 class; 42 of 100 men overall. Have started my training for another 1/2 marathon in January.

Oh yeah, I ran faster, but forgot to turn my monitor off when I finished, so I trapped a minute or 2 of cool down. I suspect I was closer to a 8:30 than a 9:00 mile.

Easy Run. My first post 1/2 Marathon run. My feet still hurt and the left one is still a little swollen, but overall I was good. The cardio load was not difficult.
