      Ahh Barbara, we are blessed here in Dayton with a ton of great races. Looking at my times today. I ran much harder at the trail race for the same time.

    77 RPM average, 201 watts average. New (hopefully permanent) instructor. Only knew 3 of the songs, didn't care for the ones I didn't know. Good workout though.

      Bummer on the tunes. Hopefully the new instructor has a good variety for the next few weeks. You broke 200 watts average for the first time in a while too. You rocked it!

      1 arm/1 leg exercises? Like concentrated curls, one legged squats? I really need more coffee so I'm not positive that I'm right on that. Great job sticking with a tough workout this morning!

      Yeah. Stand on one leg with the other sticking out and do bicep curls or triceps curls (those were hard), chest press, etc. We also did 1 leg squats which I hate because my knees hurt.

      This was a good workout. At one point we started "on a hill" and we had 8 gear changes. I got to 24 (the most the bikes will do) huffing like a freight train at 45 rpm and then she worked us back down but at least with 2 gears per change down. Whew! .
