      thanks for your kind words on my post. Excellent pace and run here. my 2 cents, great pace on your first two, but i bet if you swapped the pace for mile #1 and mile #3 you'd surprise yourself by not starting out so fast and maybe even going another mile. I can't wait to see your training for your marathon, kudos to you!

    Was very hot in 92 degree weather at 5:30PM. Ran 15:38 the first 2 miles which is a new record for this year again cutting my previous record last week for 2miles of 15:57 by 19 seconds.
