Stuff:
Pushups: 60-60-60
Chair tricep dips: 14-20-25
Parallel pullups: 7-7-7
1 hour on the stair-stepper, 4373 steps. At first I thought of doing 2 hours. Half an hour into it, I realized how ridiculous that was. I might go for that extra hour later tonight. Complete rest day tomorrow--will be on the road for work. Hope you're all having a sexy day!
