This is as fast as my stupid right hip would let me run at the moment. Probably going to try to do most of my runs on the track for now. The soft surface will probably help my hip heal faster.

WOW those are great splits dude. I hear you, my feet don't mind the track that much, it gets old running in circles, but I bet your hip really will benefit from it

Ugh! I feel ya on the hip thing! Mine flares up for no good reason some times! Try the hamsterwhizzle, too - seems to help me! AND roll it out!
