Butt is still broken even after 4 days off. I think it's more of a structural/alignment issue and weak butt and legs. Might have to even further reduce my mileage and work on the weak spots, but I can't be taking too many days off. I'm barely sane anymore after so much time off. Grrrr. Might do Yoga for Broken Butts later.
