  3. RUN
blah Island Lake State Park, MI 5.73 mi 01:16 13:14 pace

Very slow. My endurance sucks. Yay, running!

  4. RUN
blah Plymoth, MI 3.72 mi 00:53 14:16 pace

    A lot of walking. Thinking.

  5. RUN

    Body being stubborn

  6. RUN
good Island State Park 5.75 mi 00:55 09:38 pace

Let my stride lengthen. Didn't worry so much about the impacts. Knee still doesn't feel right, but what the heck.

    Getting better.

  8. RUN

  9. RUN
great Island Lake State Park, MI 9.33 mi 01:34 10:06 pace

Blue loop. New gimp record (by alot). Tried to break a 10 minute pace. Next time. The knee is really starting to feel better.

That does seem a lot faster that what you have run post-surgery (yeah, I know I could look at your past workouts...but that would I need to go clean my bike).

  10. RUN
injured Plymouth, MI 1 mi 00:11:00 11:00 pace

    It went.

  11. RUN
injured Island Lake State Park, MI 5.75 mi 01:06 11:27 pace

Yellow loop. Stretched my legs out a little, lengthened my stride. More impact of knee, but survived.

  12. RUN
injured Kalamazoo, MI 3.72 mi 00:43 11:35 pace

Knee didn't feel too bad. However, I'm taking fairly small strides to minimize impact. I think I'm bumping into endurance problems -- nothing more running won't fix.

  13. RUN
injured Kalamazoo, MI 3.68 mi 00:41 11:04 pace

Knee a little wobbly at first. Full strides still seem like too much impact. Although, slowness may be due in part to endurance issues.
