    Blue loop. New gimp record (by alot). Tried to break a 10 minute pace. Next time. The knee is really starting to feel better.

      That does seem a lot faster that what you have run post-surgery (yeah, I know I could look at your past workouts...but that would take...work...and I need to go clean my bike).

    Yellow loop. Stretched my legs out a little, lengthened my stride. More impact of knee, but survived.

    Knee didn't feel too bad. However, I'm taking fairly small strides to minimize impact. I think I'm bumping into endurance problems -- nothing more running won't fix.

    Knee a little wobbly at first. Full strides still seem like too much impact. Although, slowness may be due in part to endurance issues.
