Needed to get in 20 today, so I started this race 2 miles back.
Don't know if it was the humidity, or my recent traveling, but it was not fun. This run left me, hours later, still completely run down, and breaking out in cold sweats. Not my finest 20 mile run, but still my fastest. I guess I can't complain.


That is quite quick, hope you recover soon!
