    Did a couple of good leg exercises to help strengthen my knee.

    First day jogging with my brace. Knee felt okay, as long as I kept my stride disciplined and didn't allow any side to side pressure.

  7. Saw the Doc on Tuesday, MCL damage and possibly ACL damage. I had an MRI and am now waiting for the referral to Ortho . . .

      Keep your fingers crossed. I had an MRI last week. I see the sports med doc on Tuesday and he'll have the results of the MRI so that's when I'll know what I can and can't do. It's pretty much been two weeks of doing nothing.

      This is my first knee injury so, based on all the contact sports I've done over the years, I've been lucky. I was sparing with a guy in judo and he tried a sacrifice throw and dropped all his weight on my knee. A double pop and I was done for the day. And maybe a lot longer. Ah, well.
