      I usually just walk the first bit maybe .10-.25 depending on my loop. I'll add some dynamic warmups. I always stretch afterwards, usually with a short yoga session. I do the dropped heal stretch.

      Yes, I love Body Glide. I wore capris, but I think it was simply the fact that there hadn't been that my friction in a long time. Not too long before it won't be a problem at all.
