  1. 3.25 mile run in heat and humidity -- at 8 p.m. Wasn't easy but I made it. Whew.

    Got a little knee twinge in the last block so I slowed to a shuffle, but this is my longest and most challenging unbroken run to date.

      Nice - you're closing in on that 5! Seems like there's no place in Manchester or Concord to run without having to run up and down hills...

  7. I must have been drafting on Kristen and her sister's half marathon slipstream this morning. Ran a (for me) ambitious hilly 3.7 miles and felt great all the way.
