Brooke, have you tried using the foam roller on your hamstring? The reason I ask is that was what helped me finally get my hamstring problems under control. Might work well for you too. Take care (and feel better too)

Longest run in a while. Hammy held up until mile 7, but never got too painful. Feels like it is improving. Bought a roller which provided some immediate relief once I got home.
