The first 3 miles were SLOW and conversational. Brent C. was sweet enough to get up at an ungodly hour, on his day off, to run with me before work. At mile 3 it became an exercise in holding back. The miles went by quickly and the legs felt good. I am in an all day meeting. So, I'm off to be productive!
