alright Mad canine almost got me - Home to NGV Koramangala 30.2 km 02:59 09:32 pace

A solo run. 10 minutes warm up followed by 15 minutes stretches. Tried accel gel at 11K and 20K. Worked quite good for me. There was this mad dog at 15K who charged at me (didnt like it) Way too close it was. I thought today I would need to go to the hospital for rabies vaccine. I hit him with my water bottle. Garmin konked out. Need to log runs in DM to check my miles.

    Not been regular in reading DM posts for a while; and when I do so, I see the dog attacks again! The strays in B'lore seem more vicious than our own Chennai Mutts, don't understand why? Take care and run safely Bro.
