Had to do the Tuesday repeats alone due to work at office. 800M * 8 times with 400M jog. Each of them done in 4 minutes. Surprisingly found it tough in the last two repeats. Too much work pressure. Hardly any time for DM. Felt totally dehydrated and exhausted.
