Very very busy at work. Training whole week and no time for anything. Thankfully its a taper week. 10 * 400M repeats with 20 seconds RI all alone along the lake after a 1 mile warm up and 1 mile cool down. The RI was so small today. My 400s were 1:42 - 1:44 average. No time to see everyone's workout :-(
