Thought it would be easy but found it hard today again. We had sprints today. 200M * 7 times with 100M walk after every sprint. Likewise, sprints for 100M * 7 with 50M walk. Blah feeling. Each of the 200M was around 41-43 seconds and the 100M was around 18 - 21 seconds. Intense it was today. Too busy at work. Hope everyone is doing good for TCS 10K next week.
