Tuesday track repeats. It was one of the worst repeats I have done. 2 mile * 3 sets with 2 min rest in between. 2 mile repeats were 13:25, 15:05, 14:45. I had almost puked out during the second repeat and had become extremely slow, was to abandon the third repeat and coach bucked me up. I was way off, felt blah. Took 2.5 minutes Rest after the second repeat instead of 2 Mins.

    still a great pace man ... yes, some days u cant give ur best...just forget those days and start fresh the next day :-)

    If you had noticed, The final timings are consistent with the 10K finish time.
