Coach's instructions were - HM in 1:58:00. And I got my PB in HM today. My earlier PB was 1:52:51 in Mawana Delhi 2012. As usual had my hydration break was at 13th Km. Tough section in the 19th & 20th Km with bit of elevation. Overall feeling very good. Conditions were very ideal today as I started early (it was a bit dark while starting) and the sun came out only in the last 3 Kms. http://connect.garmin.com/activity/194063429
