      Brojen- Be careful. As much as possible do run in the group for long runs. Sure you had one today and wish we had a speed monster wit us. Solid 30!

    Ran to Begur Lake. Easy slow one. Been totally down and sick. Hopefully will start running slowly. Very sad to see the lake is almost 100% dry. Sad state of affairs in Bangalore.

    Went to Cubbon Park as a colleague wanted to start running. Ran with him for 4.3 Kms and then did a short 3.5K in 16:30.
    Ended with a lot of gossip as the whole world was running in Cubbon today.
