Felt pretty good to be out on a nice day. Energy was zapped by the headwind on the first half of the ride. My legs and lungs felt good on the climb up Old Gun. Now to just get my climbing rhythm back and all will be well. Now I am enjoying a glass of vegetable juice in place of a recovery drink. Kinda tastes like crap!
