    After dropping off the little Dude I got my run in for the day. It wasn't as long as the other day's, but I'm still getting used to it. Don't think I did too bad.

    Instead of my regular push-ups I did walkout push-ups. OMG! The first few were simple enough, but boy did they get harder with each set! What a great way to mix it up.
