      Local gyms usually have them posted and they offer run groups also. A great way to meet cool people and learn a lot from their experience.

      Yay! Good job on getting started. I know what yoou mean about wanting to jump ahead. Patience and pacing are two very important things to learn at this point. As easy as it seems now, this is helping you build up for the tuffer weeks.

    Nice walk this morning. Temperature got a little warmer as my walk went on but overall it's been a beautiful day.
