Shoot...thought I did 3x2 miles @ GHMP but unfortunately when I plugged my watch in I didn't. Whoops, mind fart I suppose. Ended up doing 2x2 miles plus 1 single. I could have swore that last set was 2 full, but it was hot and the heat must have been cooking my brain. Splits: 12:55, 12:40, and one lowly 6:30. Better luck next time I suppose! 11 more days until my goal race, whoot whoot!
