Was trying to do a 1600/800/400/400/800/1600 ladder here, but it got warm and I started to fade in the heat. So I modified to 1600/800/400/400/800/800/400

Splits: 5:51, 2:52, 1:24, 1:24, 2:54, 2:57, 1:29

Felt amazingly strong until the 2nd 800 when things started to heat up and knew another full 1600 would cook my legs. What a world of difference taking a week off has done for my body, so glad I took that time to chill out so I can crush my 5k on 7/12.
