    4x1 mile repeats, 1x 800. Planned on doing 5 when I should have stuck with 4, so ended up with 4 good repeats and one bad 800. Splits: 6:22, 6:20, 6:20, 6:22, and 3:14.

    Don't know where the heck those splits came from…but felt pretty solid here. Think the miles were a bit fast, should be more in the 45-48 range.
